Le Sémaphore is a spacious 4-room house that spans 100 square meters across two levels. The living room features cozy furnishings, a satellite TV, radio, and DVD player, with direct access to the terrace. One room on the main level has a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and also provides access to the terrace. On the upper floor, you'll find another room with a sloping ceiling and a French bed (140 cm x 190 cm), as well as a second room with sloping ceilings and two beds (90 cm x 190 cm). The property has two separate bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower on the main level and another on the upper floor.

The property features electric heating, a 40-square-meter terrace with both south and west-facing positions, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
