Heating package of 40 €/week from October to May. Electric heating. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Car parking.
Quiet and independent. Washing [hidden] Cot umbrella and
high chair. Enclosed garden.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 only small dog allowed less than 7 kg), deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...). Good condition (maintenance and painting).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).

300m from the sea and the beach, and GR34, a magnificent environment conducive to walks and relaxation. Many beaches in Landrellec white and fine sand.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.

maison très bien agencée, cuisine pratique, sdb nickel avec bonne pression pour eau chaude et froide, beau terrain clôturé appréciable pour notre animal, chambres très correctes en grandeur. Seul reproche, une literie assez moyenne causée par un manque de vrais sommiers. Note globale : 19/20. Très bon rapport qualité / prix.
