The hotel is not worth staying in. If you are there at the height of the season may be it’s worth it, but like us if you are here the first week of October, then stay in one of the local hotels or B&B and park in the park parking lot before entering the park. The breakfast was mass produced and the hotel is most certainly using the closeness of the park to its full advantage. Certainly not worth the money. Poor food, broken furniture. Look elsewhere depending as to when you are planning your trip. The pro was worth every penny

Very nice hotel

Everything was great except one thing: the bathroom bathtub was completely clogged the last day of our stay. Water was not moving at all. We reported to the manager. Hopefully they fix it. Breakfast was fantastic and super easy access to the park, just 4 minutes walking.

A localização para quem vai ao Parque Nacional de Plitvice é excelente. Os funcionários foram muito receptivos. Porém, o hotel é antigo e caro pelas condições.

1. All staff were friendly, patient with questions, and helpful. Reception staff and dining staff encountered the largest groups of visitors. At check in/checkout sorting rooms and final payment of incidentals and during meals. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable. 2. Dining options both buffet and the Waterfall restaurant were delicious. The Waterfall is most elegant, lunch menu choices included a delicate trout dish, subtly seasoned and flavorful. We ate most of our meals from the buffet. Breakfast included homemade tasty mildly spicy sausages. My husband doesn’t usually eat sausage but he devoured these little gems as did I. Evening meals included an array of meats and fish, vegetables, salads, and desserts. All nicely prepared, presented, and replenished. We spent 3 days and 2 nights so had an opportunity to sample a variety of dishes. 3. Our room was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable temperature. 4. The fitness room is well equipped and the Finnish sauna was a nice topoff after walking the lakes. 5. One small quibble…the whirlpool features of jetted water and heated water were unavailable. One could dally in the cool water after time in the water after time in the sauna, which we did. 6. I’m glad we stayed here. I highly recommend this hotel. It provided the amenities we desired. Thank you. 7. One last item…proximity to the park entrance #2 is a short 2-3 minute walk. Also the hotel provides complimentary rides to entrance #1 & 2 other local eateries.
