It is a 2-minute walk from your apartment to the train station with Tourist Info and ZOB, as well as to the pedestrian zone with the historic old town with its restaurants, cafes,
Ice cream parlors, bakeries and various shops for shopping, supermarkets for daily needs, market square and the Plön castle.

This 1-room apartment on the ground floor offers you about 34 m² a combined living room with a large double bed (2 x2m) with high quality mattresses that are suitable for allergy sufferers and are equipped with Care-Tex® hygienic covers. Enjoy TV, DVD player. A dining area can accommodate 2 people. In the modern fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer, no equipment wishes remain unfulfilled. A dining table for your cozy breakfast is ready. Irons and ironing boards are also available.
In the laundry room there is a washing machine and dryer in the front building.
The high-quality laminate and tiles meet the high standards and underline the character of the pleasant living atmosphere.
The shower room is designed and equipped in a sophisticated way. Your day starts relaxing in the shower in the morning. The large towel radiator provides pleasant warmth and fulfills its practical purpose.
A hair dryer, large mirror, lots of shelves and towels complete your carefree package.
On your terrace you will find a table that can accommodate 4 people in the sun.

Es handelt sich hier um eine Mehrparteienanlage, die durch einen Innenhof erreicht wird.

Alles in allem sehr ruhig gelegen. Funktional ausgestattet, alles vorhanden ausser einem Trockner. ( Genau diesen hätten wir gebraucht wg Starkregen😇) Küche gut ausgestattet, neuer Fernseher, Bad bot alles Notwendige. Der Empfang war nett ( zwei Häuser vorher) und herzlich. Zur Lage: Mehrere Bäcker, Skymarkt, Ortskern, Schloss...Alles in direkter Nähe. Der Plöner See war vom Eingang aus zu sehen. Parkplatz muss man etwas suchen. Fahrradverleih auch 500 m entfernt. Es liegt eine dickere Mappe in der Wohnung, in der Aktivitäten stehen, auch in Kiel oder auf Fehmarn. Fazit: gerne wieder.....
