Welcome to this house nestled in the heart of Plonéour-Lanvern. In the heart of Pays Bigouden: the sandy beaches, the city of Pont-l'Abbé are 10 minutes away. Around the Moulin Neuf lake, on the hiking trails, numerous walks are available to you: disconnection guaranteed!
This true haven of peace between land and sea invites you to a unique experience in this charming Breton town. Imbued with the enchanting atmosphere of the region, this house promises you a stay full of authenticity and serenity.
Completely renovated, this house will bring you comfort and everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Step inside and you'll find a welcoming living-dining room, ideal for sharing meetings over good meals, watching a TV show or playing board games. Then, you will find a modern kitchen with gingham floors. It is well equipped so that you can prepare good food with ease, equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms await you for a good night's sleep, all nicely decorated and with a double bed. For even more amenities, you will find a bathroom, two separate toilets, a hair dryer, a washing machine and a place to park outside.
In the garage, you will find a ping pong table and a dart board.
Its garden will allow you to take a break in the sun and enjoy the fresh air at breakfast.
