"Lovely main room and hot tub; good range of pots, cutlery and crockery - small kitchen, no storage for groceries and tiny oven with broken seal; downstairs bedrooms were nice, light and airy, limited storage; upstairs bedrooms had no access to bathroom and one has no door; bathrooms/shower rooms/ WC ok - would benefit from hooks and mirrors; good laundry facilities, real fire, plenty of hot water; excellent location and manager/owner were very friendly; plenty of parking "

"Fantastic location and lovely building with plenty of space and great views. The pool was lovely, but the pool cover was slightly tired and not always easy to open. Beds were all comfortable and cosy. Kitchen was well kitted-out, although some of the frying pans weren't suitable for the induction hob so didn't work. BBQ was great and worked really well. Also easy to clean which helps. Table tennis table and room were a big hit - perfect space for it. House was clean throughout. Lovely garden and forest area with a rope swing the kids loved. Nice walk out from the bottom of the garden to the beaches."

"The location of this lovely house is amazing - within walking distance of the Brittany coastal path, beautiful Launay bay and the ferry to Île de Bréhat. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. "

"Wonderful stay, booked in a whim! Delightful staff, literally perfect accommodation and the comfiest bed ever. Very quiet area with secure parking. Parking is not free, I think its about €5 a day. The only thing is no air conditioning which considering this is brand new, is a bit of an oversight. Having said that everything was perfect and immaculate."
