Bright house close to the ocean and surf spots ideal for families

This family accommodations are close to all sites and amenities. Bright and quiet house at the entrance to the Quiberon peninsula. Beaches 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike. Quiberon Bay and coastal path a few minutes walk. Village 2 minutes walk (bakery, restaurants, creperie, market, surf/bike rental). Train station 10 minutes walk: everything can be done on foot or by bike!

The accommodation: the main house has 3 bedrooms; 1 with double bed, 2 with single beds on the mezzanine. 2 bathrooms (one in the master suite) one upstairs with bathtub. There are three toilets.

Then the communicating studio has a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa/single bed. It also has a bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen.

A single bed can be used in the library room upstairs.

There is a heated shower outside for the return from the beach.

Other remarks: there is a very independent cat fed by his machine but who will be there during your stay!
Books and toys for children from 5 to 10 years old and Over 10 years old.
2 surfboards and 3 bikes.
