Entre Mer et Ria - PLOUHINEC

The cottage is a contemporary house set on enclosed grounds of 420 m². It offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with living room, lounge and equipped kitchen, as well as a toilet. - Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed, 1 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will also have a garage serving as a utility room and laundry room. Outside: an enclosed space of 320 m² with parking spaces and garden. Possibility of storing a boat for a 3.25 meter wide gate. The gîte is located along the departmental road (busy road) linking Belz to Plouhinec. The creation of a carport covered with photovoltaic panels. Installing a 1.80 m high gate helps cover road noise. A few minutes from the vacation rental, enjoy the beautiful Magouëro beach, 8 km long, with its large dunes for your swimming and relaxing days. For hiking enthusiasts, the town offers many marked trails, as well as in Belz (neighboring town) on the banks of the Ria. Lovers of fishing on foot will be delighted by Gâvres with its small inland sea. Don't miss the charming port of Etel, 10 minutes away, where it's nice to stroll on the terrace of a bar or restaurant! The Ria d'Etel offers one of the most beautiful diving spots in Brittany; a water outlet will allow you to rinse your equipment and you can also store it. The cottage is located 200m from local shops In South Morbihan, between Auray and Lorient, come and stay in Plouhinec, a green town by the sea and close to the Ria d'Etel!
