Come discover the charm of this comfortable, detached cottage nestled in the heart of a beautiful natural setting. To access it, follow a path that will lead you to this peaceful haven, hidden from view, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the Léguer Valley. Your pet will also be able to fully thrive and exercise in this natural environment. The Léguer River is 800 meters from this rental. Ideally located just 3 km from the village and 23 km from Guingamp and Lannion, this property offers easy access to local attractions. 23 km away, Saint-Éfflam beach, just a 25-minute drive away, invites you to explore one of the largest stretches of sand in the department. At low tide, its vast expanse is perfect for activities such as kite flying or land yachting. A well-equipped water sports center also offers a variety of water activities.
