“We stayed at HillHouse Plovdiv for one night before continuing our trip toward the Black Sea, and we would absolutely stay here again! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. They saved a parking spot for our rental car, parked it for us, and helped bring our luggage to the room. “The absencs of the owner or manager on the premises to welcome us when we arrived bet 5-6 pm made our check-in, tricky , and finding parking more difficult. The TV did not work. The next day, the manager, was delightful. The location was excellent.”

“Beautiful and full of history neighborhood. Great to stay at a beautiful old house!”

“Very nice and unique hotel in the heart of the Plovdiv Old Town. The staff is super helpful. Parking is another big plus.”

“Vackert, väl beläget boende med trevlig personal och utsökt frukost. Rekommenderas för den som söker något autentiskt och familjärt.”

“Perfect location with ability to go anywhere walking. (Also few minutes to the bus stop) Spotless clean room with daily cleaning and good air conditioning. Enough closets as well. Free cold water available at reception but already has delicious tap water. The best host with kind and helpful tips. If you book with breakfast option, you'll have different traditional dishes each day. Parking available for 10€/day but you may also find somewhere to park if you are lucky.”

“服務親切， check in的時候接待人員還遞上剛出爐的手工巧克力餅乾非常好吃，早餐也很豐盛。”

“very close to old town and shopping area. However, there was no breakfast provided.”

“The property was tired. It was clear it was once fancy but now in need of upgrading. Various things in my room broken. Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable.”

“Great location, good staff, nice onsite restaurant and spa (run independently of the hotel). Clean but everything was dated in the rooms and the beds were old. Lots of staff that were very visible”

“We arrive three hours early and just wanted to be allowed to leave our luggage and we were told just check in early. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was excellent.”

“Fint hotell med god beliggenhet. Hyggelige ansatte, god frokost. Meget sentralt i byen, gangavstand til det meste👍😊”

“房間舒適乾淨”

“The hotel is very modern in design. The staff were kind, welcoming and very accommodating, providing us with suggestions for where to visit and eat in Plovdiv. The hotel is also in an excellent location, very close to a supermarket and within easy walking distance to the city centre.”

“Good modern hotel right outside Plovdiv station. Helpful staff. Quiet. Fridge in the room.”

“Clean room always and location excellent”
