「We couldn’t check, picked up the key around 7pm then came back around midnight and we could not check in as we had the wrong key」

「The room was in a great location and accessed by keypad so no key needed. Pre-check-in was done online that everything was easy. The room as well located on the High Street and close to places we wanted to visit. The room was very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable with lovely white crisp in. Plenty of hot drinks and orange juice and porridge provided. The over bath shower was fine but could have been better in terms of power and heat. The plumbing in this room...

Outside temperature was very high with no options to disperse the heat. Slept no more than 3 hours and decided to check out the next day despite having paid in advance.
