Stayed overnight after visiting relatives on Christmas Day. Lovely big comfortable room with everything we could need. Breakfast included in the price & had the “small” English breakfast which was more than enough.Served by a very friendly & attentive staff member. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful little gem of a hotel

This is a little gem of a find the sfatt were lovely and very helpful.the room we had was at the front with beautiful views of the sea .we ate in the restaurant and would recommend the food breakfast was cooked to order andovely can not fault the stay we had thankyou to the tesm

We have stayed now on several occasions and its friendly and very comfortable. It would be nice if they recognised we have stayed before but staff don't seem to be informed. The location is ideal for us as we have family nearby

The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and efficient. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The parking was on site and readily available. The evening meal was first class and the breakfast was well presented and fresh (my only complaint here would be the average sausage - which is what I am always disappointed with) My only complaint, which could be easily fixed was the very noisy door on the corridor leading to the guest rooms; we could hear it slamming shut throughout the night, and in the early morning as people were arriving and leaving. Please soften the closing device and you would have a perfect hotel. But to summarise a clean, well appointed hotel with great staff and a commendable kitchen

Very friendly hotel. Rooms are clean and fresh. Food is good. Its next to a busy road but soundproofing is very good. Short 10 min drive to Brighton

Lovely weekend

Lovely room. Daughter slept well on the sofa bed. I slept like a log in main bed. Aircon. Nice and clean. Great bathroom, and staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop opposite into town. Cheap Uber to the Amex Stadium. All in all a great stay.

Great stay , nice room especially the bed and shower. Nice bar area and enjoyed the breakfast. Bus stop opposite to take you into the city of Brighton, cab back from the city centre only £12.50 so hotel in great location.

The room was very clean and spacious, with minimal noise from the bar below. It was well located, with a bus stop right outside, making the city centre easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.
