「The water not getting warm but for a minute or two was very upsetting. We had to take quick showers or cold showers. Also the temperature downstairs never got above 64 degrees so we were very cold. To have some warmth upstairs we had to start the fire in the house but that did not help the downstairs where the majority of us slept. If we would have been informed about the water and pipe situation before coming we could have rescheduled our stay. A little disappointed that we were not told...

「This beautiful home was clean & decorated beautifully for the Christmas season.Comfortable linens were provided. It easily accommodated our family of 10. The downstairs living/bunk area was perfect for the kids. They loved the foosball! The cabin’s gas logs provided warmth as well as ambiance.After an afternoon of snow tubing it was great to return to a fabulous cabin to relax in. We will definitely stay here again!」

「The cabin itself was really nice. All the furniture was comfortable and clean. Great location, very close to Banner Elk. Unfortunately, some of the amenities were not in great condition. The icemaker was broken when we arrived, and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been serviced recently. The "ConciAir Team" was slow to reply to our messages, but did apologize for the inconveniences. That all being said, I would be willing to stay there again if they agreed to address the hot tub issue. 」

「Veey clean and cozy! Love the cabin, I rated 4 stars as the check in instructions and website should be updated for off season. Our intro text talked about farm animals and then ended with "no animals at this time", same with the dinner Resturant, told to make reservations but then concludes with not available in off season. We were not upset but as constructive feedback to update the info for off season. Again we live the cabin and would happily come back!」

「The property was very adequate for our large family group with lots of room for kids to play. Beds were comfortable and the big dining table was great for family meals. The house needs some maintenance upkeep. Sliding screen door was sitting on the outdoor table. The grill was unusable and the pull out couch was broken. The downstairs shower curtain needs to be replaced. We did enjoy the cool weather of Beech Mountain and the fireworks were amazing.」
