「Nice clean spacious room, clean towels every day over 3 days. Parking was £7 per day but very convenient. The only gripe was the fan outside the bedroom window made noise at night.」

「Only issue that I can mention was the fact there was no one at the pool reception when we went for our first swim. A guest had to show me how to access. Consequently I went into the members changing room then when I eventually spoke to a girl she informed me I should not be there but to go to the other changing room. Had to ask for a tag. 2nd day no problem and helpful staff. Breakfast amazing It was my birthday and they gave me a little gift. Will definitely be going back」

「Me and my family stayed for two nights it was ok . The first morning was greeted by the breakfast lady and was told to go bar, no food available and tbh it wasn’t the best atmosphere was treated like a hindrance shame as it was the first impression and when you get a 5 year old ready for breakfast and was waiting around for hours was not a good start to the day . The next morning food and tables available but again same lady no tea coffee shambles again felt like a hindrance. Other than...

「The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and talkative. The main building itself and the breakfasts we had were superb. The let down was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. We found lots of dust and hair, plus mold around the window and on the bathroom tiles.」
