The room was pretty clean and nice! Staff was very friendly. The major drawback was that i took my kids here for Feb break and the pool was out of commission for half of our stay. I completely understand that this is not always in anyone's control. Luckily, the staff made it right.

Hotel going through renovations, however our room was amazing. The staff was welcoming and very friendly-offering welcome gifts. The craft room for kids was great-very family oriented place. Water park was the big draw and my grandson loved it. Construction finished by end of April-would highly recommend!

The room was nice and looked to be updated. It was 80° when we got in there. The only thing we didn’t like and appreciate was the construction that was going on. Getting off the elevator there was a sectioned taped off. The first floor walls and ceilings looked gross. The pool area was nice and friendly the jacuzzi could’ve been warmer. And less shock please my shirt turned pink! I can send pics if need be! And the pool water was not clear at all! Other than that great stay

This hotel has great staff - so friendly and kind. They were pleasant at every turn. But the facilities have seen better days. There is no lobby right now & the sauna, gym, and restaurant were all closed. Most areas feel like a construction zone. If you’re looking for atmosphere I’d check back in when their renovations are done.

Place is old but well kept and was under renovation when we visited so was not able to see the Fitness Room and other amenities. They had free snacks and drinks available which I thought was nice. The Inn is in the middle of a renovation. We stayed in one of the rooms that had renovations completed. The new room theme was nice. The kids loved the arcade and the pool area as well. Will be back for sure!

Have stayed here many times and this time hit different. The on site restaurant and bar was closed indefinitely but was not updated on the website or Expedia. This was the same for the gym and sauna! We come here specifically for the themed pool and water slide but this time the water was very cloudy and just looked dirty then there were no pool towels! We had brought friends down to introduce what we always found to be a wonderful experience and we're left apologizing.
