「Nice quiet space. Clean with up to date kitchen. Although the weather was only in the 50s, views from the house was the pond with some ocean beyond. Please note that the laundry was in the cellar with access via very steep stairs with only a railing half way down. We had to leave early on checkout day, so getting towels washed, dried & folded as requested was a challenge. Overall, the experience was delightful & relaxing.」

「This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. 「Property is in a great location, walking distance to the shore and a little longer walk or short drive will get you to town with a pub and a few places to eat. Martha’s Vineyard ferry parking is less than ten minutes away with a free shuttle bus that takes you to the ferry. Regina (owner) is right next door and is very friendly and accommodating!!」

「The house was perfect for my family of 4 plus family dogs. You can walk to Hyannis and also a local beach at the end of the main street where you can watch the ferry's come in. It's super close to Baxters and the Black Cat. The kitchen had everything we needed and I love that they actually have cable TV, which is not always the case. The owner was very responsive and really pleasant to talk to.」
