“The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. ”

“First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. “Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere.
Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing.
