Lots of good things to say here! Let’s start with the amazing staff! They answered all our questions and even helped us booked tickets for Fansipan plus the shuttle back to Hanoi! Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! Would stay again if we find our way back to Sapa! Extra shout out to Mun and Anna!

Beautiful property out of town which made it quieter but was a 17 min walk uphill from town. There was a shuttle every hour. There was construction, which is in most parts of Vietnam, that started at 6am. Overall a great property and service.

One word. "WOW". A place that was worth traveling to. I could spend a week in the hotel just sipping coffee and admiring the view. This was one of the rare instance that the photos in the listing could not live up to reality. It was just lovely. The spread of the breakfast was amazing and the staff made our stay a memorable one. Really looking forward to our next visit!

Nice hotel on a little hill, amazing spread at breakfast. It is quieter and more remote on the hill. Unless you like shopping on the streets, then stay in the hotels in the city central.

This hotel is beautiful inside out. The moment you arrive at the hotel, the lobby was beautiful, clean and greeted with friendly staff. Checking in was easy and quick. We had a family connecting room which was spacious, clean, convenient with kids, and with a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was amazing with variety of delicious food to choose and drinks. The garden and pathways were beautiful and well maintained.

A treat!!

A super attentive staff makes sure you're having a great stay. Rooms are fab (we had mountain view),breakfast buffet knocks it outta the park and we treated ourselves to spa packages...wowzah,a treat! We'd stay again
