「This hotel is very conveniently located. The single room I stayed is not very large, but rather clean. Only a couple minutes of walk to reach the subway entrance. There are lots of restaurants, shops and stores outside the hotel. Would stay there again in the future.」

「It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. When I finally talked to the staff, they said the computer is not working and they could not hear the phone ringing.」

「The staff and manager are very kind and friendly. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel service. Chungking Mansions is an old mansion, I like those people who misunderstood that don't make a fair comment. The rooms on the upper floors do have advantages. But as a budget hotel, it has a security locker, a private washroom, and digital door access, which is really hard to ask for, especially in budget hotels like these.」
