We enjoyed walking the beach at low tide . Balcony with a grill was a plus for us. We stayed here a second time on our way home. The view alone is worth the stay.

Wonderful location with peaceful views of the bay and access to the beach. Unit was clean and comfortable with nice patio (with a BBQ), equipped kitchen and plenty of towels in bathroom. Tammy at the front desk was helpful and guided us to local convenience store, great place for breakfast (a nearby Greek diner,) and a blueberry stand with tasty muffins, The Clipper Shipp Motel was a calming place to relax and enjoy a bit of rural Canada.

This is a beautiful location and our room was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our 2 night stay. Being able to sit on our deck every morning enjoying our breakfast and coffee with such a beautiful view was just so serene and a perfect way to start our day

Rooms were terrific with lots of space Kitchen was very handy-we baked cookies Beds are comfortable Staff were very friendly and helpful Highly recommend for couples and families as there is a small beach on property and the New River Beach nearby is excellent

Beautiful ocean view from the room. Room was clean, but had obviously received few updates and minimal maintenance since about 1965. The price was very reasonable so I cant complain - but the shower water pressure was very pathetic, the glasses and mugs in the room completely mismatched and likely supplied from a thrift store. With a few updates and maintenance this would be a 5 star stay.
