Great Thanksgiving Getaway!

Such a lovely home on the perfect piece of property. We loved the porch and the firepit. Enough room for 8 people and a dog!

Perfection

Our stay at Casa Del Rio was perfect in every way. The house, location, and nights by the firepit on the banks of the Pocomoke River was simply perfect. Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Pocomoke River

This is one of the most beautiful places my husband and I have ever stayed in. The back porch overlooks the Poconoke River. As we sat in the rocking chairs, we saw fish jumping, bald eagles, many other birds and loved the sound of geese flying over. The inside of the home is spacious, comfortable and it had everything we needed. We hope to come back soon

Nice location and property

The house was clean and spacious. We like ti fish and the dock was great for this. We caught lots of catfish. Nice location for also visiting Chincoteague, Assateague, and Ocean City. Some suggestions: No towel racks in any of the bathrooms It would have been nice to have an outdoor grill The picnic table needs repaired - the braces are loose The house has four bedrooms. More dishes would have been needed if more people than 3 would have been staying there, e.g., no water glasses, only one large pot in the kitchen. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay and nice location. We enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home on a beautiful river! Plenty of space. Neighbors very friendly. Convenient location- we visited Ocean City, MD, Chincoteague VA, Rehoboth Beach, DE- all relatively close. Would have been nice to have a BBQ grill but otherwise everything was great!

Beautiful home with stunning view of the Pocomoke River. We spent every morning and every evening on the patio enjoying the humming birds, ducks, geese and fish. If we have the opportunity, we would rent this home again. Our only suggestion would be to improve upon the internet connection (speed, reliability) if it’s available in the area.
