Um lugar bonito, mas SUPERLOTADO. Eles não tem espaço suficiente para atender os hóspedes no restaurante, eventos e não tem funcionários suficentes também. Faltam a todo momento toalhas, por exemplo. O ponto forte são as piscinas que são bem tratadas e limpas.

Maravilhoso!

Hotel maravilhoso, bem grande e com a área de lazer separada da maioria dos quartos o que é bem confortável em relação ao barulho. Comida maravilhosa, muito farta e diversa. Único problema que eu tive foi que sou alérgica a glúten e tive uma grande restrição de alimentos no café da manhã, pois não tem opções para celíacos. Uma pena, pois vi várias vezes uma nutricionista fazendo a vistoria dos alimentos, mas nessa situação dos alérgicos não foi muito pensando.

Esperava mais

Esperava mais. Apesar de pedir para mudar de quarto nao fui atendido. Havia um vazamento no box do banheiro que inundava o restante, pois o caimento do box nao era direcionado ao ralo. O barulho do quarto vizinho tbem incomodou, pois há uma porta entre os dois. Outro incoveniente foi me entregar meu carro com bateria arriada, pois tudo era com manobrista. Fizeram uma chupeta com outro carro, mas voltei apreensivo rm ter que viajar 6 horas com bateria deficitaria. Tambem nao gostei das varias rampas para locomover na propriedade. Pontos positivos, a comida e bebida variada e com fartura.

Comemoração em família.

Muito boa, porém na chegada o check in demorou quase 1h30. Faltava toalhas, os quartos nao estavam prontos, pois eles receberam um grupo muito grande antes. Depois disso tudo foi normalizado. Funcionários SUPER educados. A infraestrutura é maravilhosa, a reforma nao alterou em nada nossa estadia. Voltaria com toda certeza.

O hotel me surpreendeu, como tem uma tarifa inferior aos demais all inclusive da cidade, confesso que fui sem esperar muito, mas minha estadia foi excelente! A comida é muito boa e variada, recreação super animada, piscinas ótimas (uma delas está em reforma, mas nem fez falta), enfim, foi um final de semana muito gostoso!

Check in só a partir das 16h e não te deixa entrar para esperar na recepção, então se organize para chegar nesse horário mesmo. Piscina principal estava desativada e o frigobar é desabastecido o que basicamente não serve de quase nada já que você não tem como levar nem bebidas fechadas para o quarto. Regaram uma planta e a água escorreu para o corredor e quase cai. Quanto ao local é muito bonito, quarto, Internet, piscina aquecida e comida no Buffet são muito bons!

Viajamos esperando um hotel completa para que pudéssemos aproveitar em família mas não foi bem assim. Hotel relativamente pequeno… apenas uma piscina aquecida… as demais, frias,… não consegui entrar nas piscinas externas. Limpeza deixa a desejar…. Inclusive na piscina aquecida, ficamos 4 noites hospedados e até a última noite, as cadeiras se mantiveram sujas sem condição de sentar. Equipe se esforça para atender bem porém há um despreparo geral. As informações que desejamos saber se faz necessário perguntar… não há uma comunicação prévia referente serviço prestado. A comida é simples mas saborosa…. O básico estava saboroso… vinhos não agradaram nosso paladar. Petiscos, em sua maioria, salsicha e fritos…. Equipe da recreação tbm se esforça porém estão longe de saber lidar com os pequenos…. Nossa filha tem 4 anos e acompanhamos 1 dia de atividade. No segundo dia, juntaram crianças de todas as idades e os pequenos não conseguiram participar.
