「A delightful stay. Rooms are quiet,well appointed, and have very comfortable beds and a stylish bathroom. Our deluxe suite had a perfect layout with a living area and the bedroom upstairs in a loft. 「The staff were very pleasant; welcoming and so helpful. They are quick to respond to any concern you may have. They offered suggestions concerning the visitation of the Holy Sites and gave insight regarding the terrain at the site. They always greeted you when you came back and asked how your day was going. 「We loved the location just a few minutes walk from the Mostar Bridge and restaurants. Our airconditioning was not working but the staff gave us a new room the next day which was great. Would recommend staying here as everything is walkable. 」

「Great hotel. Great food with nice views on the city. Good room and shower. Located Central in old town, very close to old bridge. I felt very welcome by the friendly staff. The staff is very professional and helpful (eg taxi, recommendation for sightseeing and so on) with nice smiles. One staff member who told me she visited Netherlands recently, gave me great tips about Bosnia and advised to take train to sarejevo as next destination (which I did and not regret it!). The best of both worlds in the sense it is a short walk to the bus station but also not too close to the tourist attractions, so peaceful at night.
