「Very friendly owners , happy to help in every way」

「Our flight from Podgorica was cancelled late at night so we booked a room here at the last minute as it’s a 15 min drive away from the airport. The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover. I think they weren’t expecting for anyone to use the room that evening as it was booked at the last minute, but they should have ensured that the room was fully ready when the reservation came through. 「Really no price-value. Paying 15 euros rather than the 60 would be more adequate for the untidiness and filthiness of the room and bathroom. Being unprepared in recieving a guest cannot excuse that level of uncleanliness. Finding a dirty shirt that wasn't mine was the moment I decided to sleep in my clothes in the bed. The owner is nice enough in doing the bare minimum. Seems to have come into the years. Don't usually leave reviews but can't let other people take similar uninformed decisions.」
