Beautiful property and staff

Everthing perfect. Very good employees. For us it was beautiful. Attention when during reservation of the rooms , because the photos are not corresponding on the hotels.com site. I had a 'suprise' when i went overthere , it was our hooney moon. And I had to struggle to get a better room that I thought i had. After several conversations with the agents of hotels.com they accepted to refund me the difference and problem was solved. Be sure that you have a car to visit anything you want, without its impossible. Wifi is perfect .Also prepare yourself to learn Italian little bit because english speakers are very rare. Restaurant is very good all the time there are some themes and parties for all tastes. Food is amazing. Special thanks to a lady who did a check in, she made a great gesture and put down the price on the diff for the room category, did not get her name. That basically solved our problem with Hotels.com, I think she is a general manager. Special thanks For Mrs. Pamela who was very pleasant and it was a real pleasure having a breakfast with her in charge. Also the black guy, waiter at the restaurant , the one who speaks english :) very polite and pleasant young man. All in all good hotel experience. As I am from the same industry there is a lot of place for improvement but our stay was a PURE JOY! I really recommend this property, one of the best in the region! ! Jovan

All’arrivo subito una graditissima sorpresa. Upgrade dalla Classic room all superior, senza sovrapprezzo. Dal momento che il mio compagno, per problemi di salute, può mangiare solo determinati piatti, lo hanno accontentato il più possibile, pur avendo scelto la formula mezza pensione, quindi con menu già parzialmente stabilito

Posizionare strategica, stanza perfetta tranne i cuscini scadenti, colazione abbondante, ma ho avuto la sensazione che preferiscano le persone che fanno mezza pensione in quanto ogni volta a pranzo ero un peso per loro , dato che rifiutavo il pranzo a sacco ogni volta perché rimanevo in zona, lenti nel servire i piatti e poi il colmo pagare il coperto nella sala climatizzata per un hotel quattro stelle, piccole disattenzioni da migliorare. Tutto sommato lo consiglerei a tutti.

Questo hotel è semplicemente eccezionale, la camera arredata molto bene è pulita e spaziosa con ampio balcone.La colazione è molto buona con 20 torte ,pasticceria varia e salato per tutti i gusti(mozzarelle e ricotte fresche comprese),i pasti sono di qualità sopra la media.Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo,lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio e ci tornerò sicuramente.Il paese in prossimità è molto bello e sicuramente vale un aperitivo.

Ottimo albergo, di recente costruzione , personale gentile e professionale incominciando dalla reception e via via fino al personale di camera e a quello del ristorante , senza dimenticare il personale presente al mattino a colazione. I proprietari sempre presenti nei momenti topici della giornata con una parola cortese , un suggerimento , la cura del cliente. E' la seconda volta che ci soggiorno e la sensazione palpabile è che hai avuto sempre qualcosa in più. Peraltro , vicinissimo ai punti più belli della costa leccese in quella zona

Fantastico!!!

Hotel molto suggestivo dotato di tantissimi comfort, personale molto cordiale e servizi davvero efficienti. La pensione completa non ci ha soddisfatto molto, anche perché il pranzo risultava essere "al sacco" ed infatti la cosa ci ha colpito perché non ne' eravamo a conoscenza, mentre la cena risultava un po' monotona, sempre stessi ingredienti ed un solo secondo di mare in 3 sere...colazione ottima e molto varia. Come già detto il personale è molto cordiale e sempre a disposizione, unica pecca alcuni camerieri che non conoscono l'italiano (essendo stranieri) e quindi risulta macchinoso stabilire un dialogo con il personale di sala. Fiore all'occhiello dell'Hotel sono la pulizia, presente in qualsiasi angolo della stanza con servizi igenici ben forniti, e le Suite, stupende, curate in ogni dettaglio con vasche idromassaggio perfette e ben funzionante. Lo consiglio!!!

Gran Bella Sorpresa!

Ad essere sincero ero scettico,ma solo arrivando davanti all'albergo ho cambiato subito idea,e man mano che passava il tempo ho avuto solo che belle sorprese...Hotel Raffinato e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio,personale gentilissimo,cucina ottima,colazione molto vasta e varia,vicino al mare di castro marino e a meno di 30 minuti da Torre dell'Orso!! Niente di più elegante e confortante...complimenti davvero! Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Gradevole vacanza

L'hotel ha una posizione abbastanza comoda per visitare più zone del Salento. E' molto bello, elegante e soprattutto molto pulito. L'unico neo è stata la grandezza della camera, molto ristretta per 3 persone, divendo rimanere per 9 notti. Devo dire però che la direttrice si è molto impegnata per accontentarci con un'altra camera, ma essendoci ormai sistemati abbiamo optato per rinunciare. Il punto fortissimo della camera: il materasso, super comodo! Ricordo indelebile: la colazione ricchissima e di ottima qualità.

TUTTO IMPECCABILE COME I RICCI DELLA CAPOSALA

Dal 12 al 16 agosto con la mia famiglia in questa fantastica struttura.Rimpiango già la colazione con tutte quelle torte e lo yogurt gelato con pezzi di frutta. Quando tornavamo in stanza dopo la colazione la stanza era già stata ripulita e riordinata. Il personale è così premuroso da lasciare sul letto cioccolatini e caramelle con dolci messaggi. Posto vicino a Castro e Santa Cesarea Terme. Qualche sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel:cibo di qualità e prezzi nella norma. Atmosfera gradevole all'aperto sotto gli ombrelloni a lume di candela! Consigliato

Excellente surprise

Hôtel très luxueux, chambre superbe, salle de bain géniale, service très agréable. Le restaurant est un peu trop bruyant (fréquent en Italie). La situation géographique permet de visiter la péninsule salentine facilement

Hotel stupendo

Prima di tutto ci hanno fatto un upgrade per cui abbiamo avuto una Suite. ..bellissima,2 stanze,2 docce e la vasca idromassaggio. Personale gentile e disponibile,colazione meravigliosa e bene anche la cena. Lo consiglio anche perché facile da trovare ed in una posizione comoda per raggiungere le varie località marine del Salento. Con questo andate sul sicuro,mi dispiace solo che la vacanza è già finita...
