Large character house

'Le Casone' is a large house (360 m2), located in the small village of Poggio Marinaccio, in Castagniccia (the chestnut grove). The village is made up of 9 houses and is at a dead end, so there is no traffic.
The house is on 4 levels with a large fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 3 toilets. The interior is simple, high ceilings, with floors or stone on the floor and white walls. In summer, the house is cool given the thickness of the walls. All rooms have a double exposure and are located on the 1st and 2nd floor with a bathroom (large corner bath) on each floor and a bathroom (shower) on the ground floor. There is one wc per floor. There is now a 3rd floor with the attic layout (game room, 2 beds, office ...)
With large openings, the house is very bright, facing east, south and west. Two large terraces, to the east and south / west, with fruit trees, have views of the valley of chestnut and olive trees and of Mount San Petrone.
'Le Casone' is the ideal house to spend a quiet holiday, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful view, without the inconvenience of the heat and insects of the coast, while being close to various beach or mountain activities that Corsica offers.
