Sunny flat T4, view impregnable sea and mountain, calm absolute.
Living / dining room, bathroom with balcony, television, DVD player, Canal + decoder, bedrooms (140 cm bed), kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.
8 minutes from Moriani (seaside resort) and its beaches, 20 minutes from Folelli, 30 minutes from Bastia airport.
Many departures of hikes, village festivals, restaurants, rivers and beaches nearby.

You can cool off 2 km from Poggio Mezzana by going to the Hellenic Bridge and the waterfall in the municipality of Santa Maria di Poggio.

Every Monday in July and August, come and discover near Poggio Mezzana the market of local products, Corsican songs (free) to Pero Casevecchie (4 km) and Talasani (3 km).

To discover, also, in family the Galea Park in Folelli composed of 9 hectares of gardens, exhibition spaces, land art installations and digital museums, it offers a fun and educational discovery of Corsica resituated in its case Mediterranean and beyond the seas ...

Erholung fernab vom Tourismusrummel

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll sanft renoviert und enthält alles (und noch mehr) was man braucht: eine gut eingerichtete Küche, Waschmaschine, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer (davon eines mit einer guten Matratze) und einen kleinen Balkon. Der Ort ist etwas abgelegen auf einer schmalen Strasse, 10 Autominuten von Moriani-Plage (mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) erreichbar. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger, beschaulicher Ort mit freundlichen Dorfbewohnern. Wenn es nicht zu heiss ist, eine gute Destination um von da aus zu wandern.

Large clean unit in a small hill top village

The unit was precisely as advertised. Poggio is a very small village, perhaps 6-8 houses, on a hill overlooking the sea. It is a ten minute drive to the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, but you can only access them by going through the other bedrooms. Great for families, might not be the best for couples needing privacy. The host Michel was very friendly and accommodating, he speaks a little English, and we spoke a very little French. We cooked most of our meals at home, the kitchen has everything you might need.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in den Bergen mit Blick aufs Meer

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem typisch korsischen Haus. Wir haben die Woche mit unseren drei Kindern in dem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist auch ausreichend Platz da, um in der Wohnung Lego zu spielen. Die Sicht auf das Meer ist sehr schön (der Mond spiegelt sich abends auf dem Meer). Unsere Kinder haben sich über die streunenden Katzen gefreut. (Wir „mussten“ vor der Abfahrt extra Katzenfutter kaufen:-)) Für alle Einkäufe und zum Strand benötigt man ein Auto. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Ruhiges, authentisches Appartement in kleinem, ruhigen Dorf

Das Appartement liegt in einem alten korsischen Haus in einem kleinen Dorf ein Stück weg vom Trubel. Der Blick ist sehr schön ins bewaldete Tal und bis hin zum Meer. Das Appartement ist ganz stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, es ist jedoch günstig, wenigstens etwas französisch zu sprechen. In der Umgebung kann man schöne Ausflüge machen: der Strand ist für Kinder gut geeignet, es gibt schöne Wanderwege in den Bergen und Flüsse, in denen man baden kann. Leider waren die Nächte sehr warm, das Appartement wärmt sich recht schnell auf. Alles in allem kann man dort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

ottima base per assaporare le meraviglie della Corsica

L'appartamento si trova in un caratteristico borgo a 400 m di quota con un clima fresco, che si apprezza particolarmente dopo una giornata trascorsa sula costa. La vista è stupenda e frequenti sono gli incontri con cinghiali, volpi, animali al pascolo, mentre in cielo si osserva il volo in tondo del Nibbio. Il padrone di casa Michel è gentile, disponibile, attento e discreto nello stesso tempo. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana con due figli preadolescenti e abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di tre ampie camere, del soggiorno e del wifi. Parcheggio auto vicino e comodo. E' stata una vacanza molto bella e rilassante e l'appartamento è stato un valida componente per la sua riuscita. La Corsica non è solo spiagge, ma è anche storia, foreste, montagne, corsi d'acqua: non trascurate l'interno dell'isola perché avrete stupende sorprese.

Charme et tranquillité

Un séjour inoubliable! Nous avons adoré ce joli appartement dans les montagnes avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Près des services mais loin du bruit et des touristes... Plein de beaux sentiers pour la marche. Découvrir la Corse et ses habitants dans la plus grande authenticité fut un immense plaisir et très reposant... Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et très accomodants. Un excellent restaurant de cuisine locale à 1km de la maison. Merci!
