“This is a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful setting. Getting to it is an absolute nightmare. One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. Once there the hotel was great, staff from friendly and pleasant. If one is going to stay here make sure to rent a 4x4……

“What a lovely place Casa Mais is. We arrived at 3am but Flavius was there to meet us. No messing around with check, just let us get straight to bed. The room was spotless, the bathroom well equipped with a shower and a jacuzzi bath. Flavius gave us a couple of recommendations and his number, should we need any help. The taxis into town are quick and cheap, and there’s plenty to do when you get there. All together, a thoroughly enjoyable stay, we’ll definitely be seeing Casa Mais again!”

It is also difficult to use the shower without getting water everywhere. The bed is reasonably comfortable but the room is small. The parking situation is not good because unless you have the spot along the door, you are either blocked in or blocking others. They should accept that they only have three workable spots but instead they force it to be 5-6. ”
