「Decent 3 star hotel just off the main road and less than 5 minutes walk from the main Palolem beachfront. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is good - the breakfast buffet offering is quite wide-ranging and good quality. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Only downside is the bathrooms don’t have external windows so get very sticky and hot! Nice gym, pool and spa also on site.」

「Frindly family run hotel perfect location for the beach. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Onsite restaurant run by a Debar lovely guy and very accomodating. Patenom is not as busy as its neighbouring resort Palolem beach, which is only a 5 minute taxi ride away with its many restaurants if you fancy something different of an evening . All in all a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel 」

「Weird stay here. The grounds weren’t very nicely kept and the ‘deluxe hut’ was far from that. I had the room closest to the bar so it was very noisy because of the loud TV and kids running around the restaurant, not a deluxe experience at all considering the electric, AC and water kept turning off too and I had to ask for it turned back on. It being near the beach is the main advantage but there’s no sun loungers or deck chairs as advertised and the staff aren’t very helpful when trying to...

「Great secluded location, the kitchen staff prepared the meals/breakfast fresh. I wanted potato chips(crisps), they don't sell so they made fresh by cutting and frying some. Perfect. Rooms could do with a little bit more tidy up and provide toilet rolls. But a pleasant place to stay」

「This is a lovely place to stay with fantastic staff and a great bar and restaurant- right on the beautiful beach at Agonda. Accommodation is basic but clean and mosquito nets are a bonus. We stayed in a roof top hut which was great - they have kettles and tea/coffee making facilities, also great Aircon and fans. A fridge would be a bonus but there is a free water dispenser in reception which is handy.Recommend this place for a budget conscious stay. Definitely try the restaurant too it’s great.」

「Place is amazing with backwater, lined by coconut trees, room was big with bigger bathroom. We had booked family room with triple bed, but during checkin we came to know it was without AC, we were given smaller room with AC at same price. There is mice issue, one of our suitcase which was open, mouse had paid visit to packed food kept in same. Other than location, rest seem passable for the amount they charge. They conduct yoga sessions and provide spa services too at extra charges. Overall good...
