"The room was spacious and roomy. Staff were friendly and helpful (esp the person who helped fixed the bikes and the receptionist by the pool area.) We had a lot of fun @ the resort. There were plenty things to do, swimming, biking, playing pickleball, attending the zumba& taichi classes, making s'more, & strolling on the beach. Thank you for a memorable stay."

"After being warmly welcomed in the lobby, we discovered that Room 205 was a comfortable, updated, spacious suite. Somehow we had missed the word “suite” when making reservations. For the very reasonable price, this was beyond our expectations. The bedroom is completely separate from the well-stocked kitchen, the dining table, and the comfortable living room. Since we had had a big lunch in Bellingham, we didn’t have dinner in a Birch Bay restaurant. Instead, after a drive out to Semi-ah-moo to look around, we drove about 10 minutes back toward Interstate 5 to The Market at Birch Bay, well-stocked and upscale, which was perfect. We had a good night’s sleep and a nice beach walk the next morning. Next time we are in peaceful Birch Bay we would love to stay at Raintree Sandcastle again."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The walks on the beach were great and the views from the house were even better."

"We had a fabulous stay at Le Reve on Orcas Island with our young adult kids and their partners. Anneli is a fantastic host and communicated with helpful information throughout the week. The house is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures suggest. The kitchen is incredibly well-appointed and we did a lot of cooking and grilling throughout our week (our daughter has Celiac and can't have any gluten, so dining out is challenging). We rented two kayaks from a local company that delivered them at the beginning of the week and picked them up at the end of the week (for a fee), so we went out regularly to explore up and down the coastline and around the small island off shore. From the deck we had great views of sea birds, seals (including one that sunned itself on a rock near the shore right in front of the house), and even (from a distance) Orcas. Pro-tip -- if you see a large number of boats heading the same direction it is probably whale watch outfits following whales :). I can't recommend this VRBO experience enough."

"Charming b & b. Very nice staff. Good amenities. While I didn’t partake in breakfast, rumor has it , it’s delicious. Pretty property. Vintage beautiful house. I’d highly recommend to both couples and solo travelers. Location is very close to the quaint town of Eastsound and Moran State Park"
