Very nice place let down by Point Turton. Yes the water is out the front but there is no beach (unless you count the rocks and mud), so you're stuck with an asphalt path and some dry grass.If you just want to sit at home and do nothing or are happy to go and drive places to do things, then this is the ideal place for you.The place is starting to get a little tired with drawers misaligned, doors not working, plates chipped and cracked and the wind shelter blind inoperable - the owners put in the cheap stuff when a lot of renters don't treat things with the respect that they should and now it's starting to show.And you can ignore the property manager's email about there being no sponges, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, cooking oil, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, condiments and toilet paper etc - it's all supplied, so there's one less box to bring.
