「Attempted to contact the Vrbo owner but was unable to reach her. Located her on Facebook, where she stated that she is no longer employed by the owners. Guests had traveled 3.5 and 5 hours, respectively, to experience Cajun living, only to be informed that we did not have access to the houseboat.
