“This is now my favorite houseboat to stay in Venice Marina. Very clean houseboat and friendly hosts. Had a few questions during stay and was answered almost immediately. The only item that could improve my experience with this rental would be a small deep freezer to store your daily catch. The marina does store fish for a small daily fee so definitely not a deal breaker on renting this nice place. ”

“Perfect location if you are going to be charter fishing. The house was clean. The kitchen was nicely appointed with what you need to cook your meals and the weber propane grill outback was perfect, not a cheap 2nd hand store one. There were even 2 oyster shucking knives which were perfect since we picked up a mini sack. The bathrooms had shampoo and soap dispensers. The water pressure was okay. The patio had a nice view of the river and trees in the back in this brackish water. There were……

“Great property. Very new feeling, with well stocked kitchen. Easy to communicate with the owner. We would definitely stay there again. We were a crew of 5 guys there for a fishing trip. It was nice to have Crawgators right there to eat at every evening! Very convenient to the parking lot when loading and unloading. Third house down on the left from the gangway.”
