"I traveled to NOLA on business and was located about 20 minutes from the convention center. Far enough out of town and close enough to get to all the city easily. The property is exactly as described in pictures. Gated parking, pool, snacks and drinks upon entering, partially stocked refrigerator, and incredible coffee station and selection. My invoming flight was delayed, and because of that my departure was also delayed which changed my check out date. This host accomodated this change quickly...

"Place was clean except for stains in sink. I was given the incorrect door code but was able to resolve this with a quick call. Front door handle to exit was broken so I had to find an alternate route out of the building. (Staff member told me there wasn’t one.) Door handle was fixed quickly. Location was excellent and beds were comfortable. "

"The location is fantastic. The ceiling fan in the room didn’t work and we asked about that but never heard back. We were locked out for an hour one afternoon because the main door code had changed and no one told us. Other than that, we really enjoyed the location. You can walk to several coffee places and delicious restaurants."

"Stay was great except for a few things. This is in no way a studio. It is a hotel room with bathroom, no couch or comfy chair(s). The room was too small for the furniture/not allowing for two night stands. Gfi outlet in bathroom didn't work. Had to blow dry without mirror in room. No laundry pods as stated. Thankfully packed enough clothes so we didn't need them. One basement door was propped open our entire stay making outside code pointless. The other basement door was inaccessible for egress...

"The property was a bit on the small side but comfortable. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood was great, walking distance to many places."

"The check in/check out process was terrible. We had to wait til day of to see if we could get an early check in; I called a few times about it and at first was told we should be able to but then was told it wasn't clean and they would get back to me. I was also only able to get in touch with an agency overseeing the property and not the actual property manager. I never heard back so we just went to the property to see if we could drop our bags but had to wait about 2 hours to get into the room....

"There was black mold in the shower. The bath tub in the picture looked beautiful. When we got there buttons are broken mold in the jets and all around the bathroom. This was my first time using this site and it was all lies."

"Absolutely great place to stay! Large rooms, comfortable beds and staff is over the top 10/10 with communication! Friendly and cozy place ! Just wish it was closer walking distance to the hot spots of New Orleans but if you don’t mind Ubering around it’s cheap quick rides !!! Will book here again."

"The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was a cozy and comfortable place to rest your head after a long day exploring the countless historical and entertaining sights of New Orleans. The location is ideal as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter, but is only a short street car ride down Canal Street to all of the action."

"Initial unit had a clogged toilet upon my arrival that backed up into the shower. Tough start, but was quickly moved to another (nicer) unit free of charge and the stay was otherwise very good. The outside of the house could use some repair, including a section of fence that was broken and lying on the ground. Otherwise an overall pleasant stay."
