「The pool was closed due to a glass breakage. The staff were friendly and did their best to address the issue. It would be nice if coffee were offered in the morning, or some other modest compensation for the loss of use of the pool. The restoration of the midcentury building and the courtyard garden is of high quality. 」

Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are.」

Cleaning staff were not consistently friendly or thoughtful e.g. three of us in a room did not result in three towels or adequate coffee supplies, despite rooms only being cleaned upon 24 hour advance request. 「Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked. 」

「My room was clean. The breakfast was decent, and our stay was comfortable. This is actually my second time staying at the residence inn. Both of my stays were nice.-」
