“There wasn't anyone to greet us, or anyone present at the property during our stay. Two days before our arrival, we received an email giving us the gate code and the door code. It couldn't have been more impersonal. There was nobody present to help us with a television problem - or with a heater problem. It was not a B&B (Bed and Breakfast), in the traditional sense, as there was no breakfast served of any kind - so of course no opportunity to meet other guests during our stay. We have……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage on St. Charles Avenue. The location was outstanding and made it easy for our family to explore the Garden District and other parts of New Orleans. Having the St. Charles streetcar stop nearby was a huge plus and allowed us to leave the car parked while we enjoyed the city.The cottage was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. “The property is in a truly old home, but they have done a great job to update it and make it comfortable. It has the feel of a hostel, but definitely higher quality than your average hostel. It's a great option for a place to lay your head that is clean and convenient. The porch is amazing is well. Everything works, showers were warm, and everything was clean. ”

“The host is absolutely fabulous. Detailsed information was provided and made check and utilizing the unit is so easy. The unit has everything you needs and things you didn’t know you needed until you did. The location is so great. The neighborhood is so beautiful and so close Magazine Street with its coffee shops and shopping. “We had such a great time staying at The Lookout Inn this past weekend. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and we enjoyed the themed rooms. We loved the short walk to several cute coffee shops and the adorable surrounding neighborhoods. The hostess was incredible and even hung a Tulane flag out front for us since we were there for a Tulane Law School graduation. We will be back! Highly recommend!”
