「The staff is super welcoming, Especially the doorman and the bell hop. The hotel itself is beautiful, however the rooms are somewhat dated, specifically the bathroom and the carpet. The coffee shop is super cute, however the hours state it is open until 8pm and on 2 occasions we walked by before 8 and it was closed. We did attempt to get breakfast in the hotel one morning and while again, the staff was very nice, we had ordered (lox and bagel) and waited a good 15 min only for the waiter to come...
