"The property was clean and the staff was polite and friendly. Parking was easy. The heat and air both worked well. I found the staff misinformed and maybe needed better training. For example: When I asked if there was a shop to by sundries, I was told no. Well, there is a shop on the 2nd floor. Also, when I asked about maid service 2 people told me and my friend's family there was none, yet housekeeping came daily. Overall the stay was great tho."

"The first night the bar was closed for an event. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are very clean and overall I enjoyed my stay."

"The hotel ended up being perfect for our needs. It was close to the Christmas activities we wanted to do and close enough to downtown we could avoid the traffic build ups on the interstates. The two room suite was also the perfect size to allow some separation between family members, and plenty of room to sleep. We will definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean and tidy, gresh smell and everything needed for oir stay was organized. Breakfast had good traditional options for a quick breakfast. Stadf were courteous and respectable. Our stay was decent abd comfortable. "
