"I have stayed here before and I normally have no complaints. I had some issues this last stay and I think its because they took on too much at one time and did not hire enough staff for the weekend. It was UL's homecoming and the team stayed at the hotel and had special events, there was a Louisiana school board conference hoing on and I was there for a church women's conference as well. Housekeeping did not pay attention to detail as they I'm sure normally would. Employees were handling food without gloves and rushing. The front desk staff was very nice and as accommodating as can be. Overall it was a good stay"
