“Such a fun place to stay! The house has a ton of personality and felt way more special than a typical rental. Great spot to come back to after a day of exploring and hanging out around the city. Everything was easy and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer!”

“The room, house and gardens were beautiful. The location is great to walk to music and restaurants. Communication from management was slow (no one is on site). There was a mixup with our access code and parking. We parked on the street and had no issues.”

“This place is completely unsuitable for accommodation. It's a house where they hold occasional events and have also decided to host people. I received arrival instructions by email, but practically nothing that was described was done. Breakfast is practically nonexistent; they bought bread, some fruit, and left a coffee machine with a few capsules for use, but everything was very basic. On a hot night, cockroaches appeared in the room I was staying in. There is no staff or anyone who stays there……

“Check-in was easy, the caretaker was right there to hand over the key, and gave us a brief history of the plantation, which has been around since the 1820s! The air conditioning worked very well and that's a blessing since we visited in August. Husband and I explored and walked the property more than once, trying to imagine it in its different eras. My only issue was the breakfast sandwich in the freezer, which was a solid block of ice. Maybe, put the sandwiches in the freezer the day before……

“Great place to stay by everything, all the areas are easy to get to. Great location to street car, food and everything you need. The stairs are steep, it is an old building, it’s normal:) Beware to be careful if you’re tired, been drinking or older. Plenty of space, comfortable and beautiful touches. Highly recommend.”

“Très bon emplacement pour visiter les plantations. A faire si on veut etre au milieu des plantations. Malheureusement, il y a une route assez bruyante juste a côté.”
