「My room was on the fourth floor and to my surprise, there are no elevators. Carrying luggage in the heat of New Orleans is not pleasant to say the least while having a bum knee. The AC set to 69 and room temp did not go below 77. Thankfully there was a ceiling fan. Parking is difficult because there are only about 8 spots and it is cramped. Although the staff was very helpful, the accommodations without an elevator is not for me.」
