"Everything was amazing, the staff, the rooms, comfy beds, beautiful designs, etc… when we arrived at 5 am, many hours before our check in time, the front desk attendant was so kind and helpful by giving us a room early since we were so tired and needed rest after our long travels. It’s a wonderful, luxurious hotel. Highly recommend! "
"The hotel it self is great no complaints..but outside a lot of homeless they bombard you right outside and the corner all the way down the street..I have no problem with homeless but when your wife feels unsafe to walk especially in new Orleans when walking from hotel..
