"During our 3-night stay at the Troubadour Hotel, housekeeping entered our room without us requesting service. Afterward, one of my shopping bags containing new clothing and a photo from our riverboat cruise disappeared. The explanation given was that it may have been “mistaken for trash,” even though the bag clearly had items inside. What made the situation worse was the rude and dismissive response from the front desk and the lack of follow-up after the manager said they would investigate. Because of this experience and how it was handled, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers. **(Full review in Google) P.S.
