Staff were super kind. I know it is new orleans but this was the loudest room ive ever stayed in. Curtains might help at least a little, some sound support rugs or just dang. Something. This did mean the room had epic acoustics for hearing neighborly conversations though so that was interesting. No coffee maker, no microwave even tho there is a fridge. They daily ran out of washcloths so never really got enough of those. No place to put the soap in the shower and no door on the shower meant the bathroom flooded.

The thing that made this place great was the most excellent staff! So attentive and helpful on every level. It definitely has the small boutique feel where you feel a little bit more attended to. Excellent location for most anything you want to see and do. The street cars are right outside your door. He only maybe downside was I would like to have seen the floor is a little bit cleaner especially in the bathroom but I am not going to give them less stars for it but just a heads up. Otherwise the room was very clean but also No Frills and kind of Stark. I would like to see them warm the place up a little bit with a few touches. But considering the price it is a good value.

They stored our bag do we could sightsee awhile after checkout and quickly corrected our bill. But Towels were worn, had holes. Room had no windows. Good for sleeping but a little strange
