This hotel was so clean and amazing amenities. It's in a convenient area 15 mins from the city and every store or restaurant you can think of. I would highly recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoyed the stay, however. On a busy weekend, you may or may not have parking. Its first come, first serve. Since the location has permanent residents, this can be a issue if you arrive back really late. So keep that in mind. Our room was just like the pictures, but our steamer did not work and when I asked for a replacement, that never came so we did not have a way to iron/straighten out our clothes. That was a bummer. The bed was not as comfortable as I am used to, but overall the room was nice, clean, had all essentials needed. The coffee was a nice touch. If you want more towels, you'll have to go grab more from the laundry area. They did not supply more than two. Also, if you expect to see housekeeping. Think again. They will never come out, from what I noticed. Overall a good stay.

We were a bit nervous about this property since there was no front desk person! Turned out to be a very clean suite. The suites are small, but have everything you need, including makeup remover wipes & black washcloths. We like that it was gated to get in w/a code!

Everything was very clean and easy to find. Only issue i had was parking. There is none both times we came back late and had to make a parking space because there was none available. The parking lot is very small so it was hard to even make one. Other then that the room was good. It had everything you needed.

The first night we arrived the AC unit wouldn’t turn on. I called the number and was told someone would come take a look. Move ever did come and when I tried to call again no answer. Then the second night when we came back to room there were no parking spots so we called and answering service told us they would contact property management and call us back. We got a call back telling us we could park out front of the property. That’s not what we payed for. We paid for the secured parking behind the code access only gate. Also it’s not advertised anywhere that room cleaning is an additional fee. However once you check in you find out that room cleaning is an additional charge otherwise they direct you to laundry room for mom etc. Wouldn’t stay again

The area that it’s in isn’t the cutest backdrop lol HOWEVER, it’s gated and it was beautiful. They have little flowers hanging from the second floor that are so vibrant and cute. The shower in the bathroom was amazing. The air conditioner was great and cooled off the room very very fast. The Tv was amazing. The only problem i really had was having to park a little bit from my room but the property isn’t too huge so it’s not a far walk at all. The bed was a bit firm i will say so maybe not the comfiest sleep i’ve ever had but everything else was really great. It was very easy to get into contact with the staff whenever i had any issues by just calling them. It wasn’t automated and sent me straight to a person which i REALLY appreciated. The fridge also has a freezer (awesome). The place definitely felt like a short term apartment/home bedroom. Way better than a regular hotel in my opinion. A lot more personal and up to date with features and aesthetics. Plus the comfort of having being in a gated hotel area was also really nice. It’s only 17-20 minutes away from downtown too, not too far at all.

I Reallynenjoyed my stay..It was easy to check in I did not have any problems with using the premises. The room was clean and everything worked. The bathroom was nice and clean and they had everything available to use like shampoo, conditioner and makeup wipes. I ordered a cleaning in between my stay which was $20 and I fwlt that was reasonably priced for the bed and towels and cleaning to be done. Thank you. If I come back I will definitely stay here again.
