讚好：整潔度和住宿狀況
不滿：設施服務
Staffs at the front desk were not friendly. They stood me up for a few minutes when I tried to check in because they needed to do their admin work.
The room was very dark. The light fixtures were out of balance and it was even hard to use the coffee machine in the morning due to the lack of lighting.
There were two tea bags but there was no electric water kettle so I wasn’t sure what the point was to provide tea bags.
The lack of the outlets made me plug and unplug table lamp cables to charge my laptop.
The deco was charming but the room itself has very minimum setting.
I would not pay so much money to stay here in the peak season.
The location was quite far from the center of french quarter and the neighborhood around the hotel doesn’t have much to do.
They provide sad looking local gym to use around the hotel. Basically there is no amenity to use in the hotel.
