「No where on your web page does it say you have no elevator. That was a real problem for us as several of us have problems with stairs. However one of your staff was very helpful in carrying up luggage and he even got me a walker!」

「Beautiful hotel, great staff, little bar area, and french toast restaurant for breakfast was great. Area however is disgusting. I would never stay in the French Quarter again. We were they a few years ago and the area has so deteriorated since then. Lots and lots of homeless living on the streets, sleeping, getting high and defacating. Also spent 1/2 of the morning listening to trash trucks outside our window. Do not stay in this area!」

「The hotel was in a perfect location and within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing and friendly. The only complaint is there is absolutely no water pressure in the rooms. I understand wanting to preserve water, but you waste more because it takes 4x as long to take a shower with zero water pressure.」

「Hotel Mazarin is a NOLA gem inside of the French Quarter. It was resonably priced, even for the Jazz Fest 2nd weekend. The location is perfect for walking to everywhere; one street off of Bourbon and only a few blocks from Jackson Square or Canal Street. There are so many shopping venues, bars and restauarants all within walking distance. 「VERY spacious superior room. Couch, dining table, fridge, all very convenient. The only downside is the shower with the half glass wall. Water goes everywhere. Also there isn’t anyplace to put your toiletries in the shower. Just a waterproof stool in the corner to place down bottles and razors would be helpful. Staff was very friendly and nice. 「Had room 114 right by pool, avoid this room very low water pressure in shower, sink slow to drain and stays light in room all night due to pool and patio motion lights. Location of hotel was great, 10-15 minutes walk to all the popular attractions Bourbon Street, Cafe Du Monde, Jackson square. Just get a different room other than 114!」
