「The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans」

「We reserved a room with king bed. But we were assigned a room with 2 double beds. The staff said it’s because we made the reservation on third party app and there was no available king bed. 「The staff at The Mercantile are fantastic from the very welcoming and helpful front desk staff to the breakfast dining room staff. It is great that the rooms are suites, and for the first time since I have stayed here before, I played the record player. It's also nice to see that the Warehouse district has certainly built up, and there are many restaurant options within walking distance.」
