“Easy pleasant 1 hour drive from Auckland.The Tuakau Bridge, river view is beautiful, take care as it is narrow.It is like stepping back in time to the 60's, lovely rural setting.Such a cute Bach right on beach with spectacular sea views. The sunset was stunning. You can see forever down the beach.A 5 minute walk to the surf club to get the best coffee at the local cafe, "Sundays" Very peaceful.Sitting in the Bay window, basking in sun and watching the waves is very therapeutic for the……

“Have everything needed. Very clean. Good getaway. ”

“A great place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very comfortable and well maintained. There was one issue for us - the bed has a wooden frame and base which squeak loudly every time you move in the bed. We used ear plugs the second night. Overall though it was excellent and we would stay again. The owner was very friendly and helpful.”

“Communication with the host was great and we really appreciated the early check-in. The house was as pictured - great for 2 or 3 people, but not really enough comfortable seating for more. Very handy to Manukau and a quiet neighbourhood. It's on the flight path but we weren't bothered by that. The beds we used were very comfortable, with extra bedding provided. The shower pressure isn't great but there was plenty of hot water. The main downside and the reason we didn't give 5 stars was the lack……
