“I left my key in the room a couple of times he said they gave you 7 keys the staff the next day said if the key stops working it would appear that we gave you that many but you didn’t actually receive that many and he made a key for my door and told me bring it right back he was very rude”

“The room was clean, friendly staff and free parking. It is a lovely place to stay.”

“Great breakfast, gave us extra towels, room ready when we got there first thing at check-in time Even though we reserved last minute”

“Staff was really nice and accommodating . Only disappointment was their pool being out of order. I had my whole family with bored teens with me and was too tired to go to their sister hotel down the street. I paid over $200 a night for a pool we couldn’t use.”

“The rooms were very dirty. The first room they tried putting us in was not only dirty but there was puke all down the beds and the carpet was sticky. They did upgrade us to another room but it was dirty also. We went and bought cleaning wipes and Lysol and cleaned the room ourselves. We were in town for a baseball tournament and didn’t have time to search for another hotel.”
